Study to determine which gig economy app makes someone the most income

New project in the works...
Documenting the time, income, expenses, and schedule involving working as an app (gig economy) self-employed contractor. Whether it is Lyft, Uber Eats, Lime, Postmates, or Bird the step by step and ins and outs of working for/with these apps will be detailed. The goal is to figure out a realistic hourly and weekly income/expenses, as well as how much actual work is involved while "working". The project will involve several weeks of data collection and processing to determine which is the best and during what times can you earn top dollar.

I'm sure there have been studies done to collect this very same information, although they're unlikely to include the extensive amount of options people have to choose from regarding apps to work off of. This will be something that is specific to San Diego, California so the data won't end up being inclusive of other zones and areas where people work.
