In regards to setting up and building a YouTube channel anyone can start with the simple tool of a cellphone (with camera and internet), then deciding upon a topic (ideally one that isn't over saturated), and consistently document content for several months with no expectation of a return or trying to sell people in the beginning, then when a small community has been built you can introduce topic related products that you will get a small commission from (small stream), and as it grows if you hit the monetization level you can generate more income through ads (medium stream).
